Oh, that's too bad. Lot's of great info there. That circular chart thingy in the middle of the page? You can hover your cursor over it and it opens up a bubble that defines that point.Butcher Bob wrote: ↑Sat Jul 17, 2021 7:00 pmSite just does not work for me.WhiteHotAfterburner wrote: ↑Sat Jul 17, 2021 3:17 pmI hope we can sort this out and you get a fuller picture of what they're about.
No worries...found a rather informative thread...

Those guys all seem to like them, so looks promising.
Looks like you need a moisture meter, like you use with wood, so that you know that the buds are 10-12% when you bag them.
Are you going to do some in jars to compare?
What I posted is the whole home page IF you can view it.
That is a great thread! I only got 44 posts in to it. Any converts by the end? Does it have a Happy Ending?
I'm going to try and avoid the jars. I have a case of them - 1 flat. I'm not keen on the work involved. I'll do it IF I have to.
I read or watched where they said you can put bud in them that 'isn't exactly dry' but you do have to burp them for a few days.
But, I did buy a dozen of those mini-hygrometers for that purpose and I'll throw a few in the bags to monitor them and size them up - familiarize myself with the bags.
I do have a Moisture Meter for Woodworking. Not the expensive ones. It's right here at my Right foot so it's At The Ready I use it for checking equilibrium of the lumber itself. Is the moisture in the wood stabilized...not rising and not falling. That's the best I can do here since I don't have a Kiln. Last time I checked them they tested around 13%, I think...and they were stabilized there (it's been a while).
Thanks for the discussion, my friend!
You can count on my reporting in what ever it is I do do! Very likely to include pictures, don'tcha know!!!
