Registering with a different IP address has a limitation I need a real valid email. This is why we can't have new people.
Raphael Mechoulam didn't need one so I assume it's because he was already flagged as my sock.

emails are free, and we have new people all the time, but 95% of them just come here to spam and get triple-blocked.
that is why there is a break-in period for newbies. please don't ask for more details because it would just help the spammers. There's so many, and they're often trying to be tricky, so it's a lot of work to keep up with them, especially since I'm running a week backlog on my paying job, and can barely hold that line. I've probably already said too much, so if these posts disappear, you'll know why.
