CARTOONS
Some folks grow out of 'em....some folks never do.
At some point I think we've all smoked up and zoned out watching cartoons. There are a lot of different aspects of cartoons that I still enjoy...the styles of artwork, the sound track music, the storylines, the humor, etc. Wanted to start a thread for people to post up cartoons that they like, because I'm curious to see the variety in tastes. Hopefully we'll end up with a nice collection to watch when the mood strikes.
So...What cartoons do you like?
I'll get us started with some of my favorites...
This movie has a crisp graphic style with vivid colors, an awesome exhilarating sound track, and decent humor throughout.
Move over Speed Racer, this is REDLINE...
•EDIT• God damn Y/T!! The video still works if you're signed in...but now I don't have the cool thumbnail. So, here's the trailer...
...even though it's for the Japanese version. You'll still get the feel of the movie.
And in case you don't want to log into Y/T to watch the movie, here are a couple links for the English dubbed version:
https://gogoanime.be/watch/redline-dub- ... sode-full/

Just X out of the pop-ups, ignore the anti-virus messages, and play the movie. When you put it on full screen those messages disappear.
[/edit]
Another one with great artwork and a deep storyline is Afro Samurai. I had seen this before and thought it was good, but the last time I watched it I was heavy into some 'shrooms and cannabis brownies...the story seemed so much deeper than I had remembered...
Forgot how I stumbled across this next one. Again, interesting art style, and absolutely vulgar dialog.
Helluva Boss is a currently ongoing project with a pilot episode...
...and 6 episodes so far in season 1...coming up in the next post...

Right on Ripper.
That Kill Bill segment was a very cool part of the movie.
And Heavy Metal is a classic...one of the best movie soundtracks.
