okay so these are grow soil amendments like perlite and vermiculite. sorry I hadn't heard of them before. lemme help you out and move this topic from the smokers lounge to the garden center...

for your vegetable garden just spread on surface and cover with mulch, worms will do the rest, your worm population will increase noticeably
