When I see the 'edit' button gone, the culprit is always the site has logged me out.
Next time you see it missing, scroll up the page to see if it still has you logged in or not.

all your edit buttons are mine

so I always have to be careful not use a wrong one,
which has almost happened many times
but sometimes it ain't easy to resist
then I remember about that short bus avy, which was given to a jerkwad IC mod here

I always get logged out while i'm fixin up my pics

yeh, sorry about that, I have to clear the cache once in awhile

This will log out all users...
just gotta watch out for that board reset button

I just had this happen on a laptop

no edit button


look and system had logged me out
