Texas vs U.S. Government

Post by roller24 »

Governor Abbott has defied the SCOTUS opinion that the Texas NG allow U.S. Border Patrol to remove erected barriers and allow the flow of illegal immigrants to continue through the southern border.
Many of the several States have aligned with Texas in continuing to secure the border, as they have all experienced multiple problems in dealing with the massive number of immigrants within their own jurisdictions. The Whitehouse gave no response yesterday, but some democrats are calling for Biden to seize control of the National Guard and bring it under federal control. In order to do this, Biden must invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807.

A stark contrast to the Biden promise of unification at his inaugural address. I guess his idea of unification is everyone agreeing with the democratic initiative.

Hopefully this can be settled with negotiations.

How Is this not unification. Doesn't the Border Patrol have jurisdiction here? The law applies to everybody, Biden must represent the same law for everybody, even a power greedy greedhead of the Lone Star State.

Without getting into the immigration debate, about why they are coming by the millions, here's the issue at hand.
Biden is handling the mass immigration pursuant to the international treaties and such with the UN or whoever. All of the transaltlantic countries are allowing mass immigration into their countries as well. Even Australia, which is hell of long raft ride.
Almost every country participating is seeing civil unrest amongst the citizenry as they see it as more of an invasion than an orderly migration process.

This and other issues are causing public outcries about governments ignoring the will of the ordinary citizens.
Similar divides amongst the populus such as we are experiencing here, exist in a large number of countries.

Even Ukraine is pretty much a comparable situation. A country divided into those following the new idealism, and those who'd prefer to improve on existing philosophy.

We are at a chapter's end in the movie "Things to Come".
Pretty sure things are going to get chaotic for a bit.

Wait is it the UN's responsibility or Biden's responsibility?

They are both responsible. It's a UN initiative and is facilitated by leaders of participating countries. The reason is sustainable development goals being pushed by globalist think tanks like WEF and globalist NGOs and Corporations.
Drs without borders is one coordinating org and they are funded by Microsoft, Google, and others.

It's just another "conspiracy theory", but since I'm the conspiracy theorist who know everything about all the conspiracies, here's the link

The whole situation is starting to look like a republican political maneuver in an election year.

A reporter i saw yesterday, conveyed that the NG isn't returning to Mexico anyone who makes it to the US.
They receive a citation for trespassing and are released to the border patrol authority.
It's the same smoke and mirrors used by the federals to give the appearance of border security.
If the migrants actually show up for their immigration hearing the trespassing charges will scuttle their chances at citizenship.
Considering that few migrants ever return to the courts, it seems like another symbolic act.

Munchy's videos see the situation as a move by Trump supporters but I see it as more a move that will have negative effects on his campaign, and bring Haley forward in the polls as the election nears. I could be wrong, but the politics of immigration are grounded in the UN/WEF SDG(sustainable development goals). The two organizations are working hand in hand to secure an ally makes it to the Whitehouse in 2024.
Trump is the person, they will go to extremes to prevent from becoming POTUS.
As you can see in the SDG report cover, both orgs display their logos in partnership for the Agenda 2030 desires.

Haley was the US ambassador to the UN during the Trump presidency, She supports many facets of the SGDs.
She has voiced support for Abbott, but candidates often ride the bandwagons to avoid putting off voters on popular issues.
Abbott is a Bush crony, so I don't think his public stance can be taken for gospel either.

We'll have to watch the situation and hear the rhetoric that comes out over the next few weeks.
