Strains for flowering are Malawi 99. De La Haze, NL9 and Hawaiian Snow.
And to make it trickier and more fun for you guys there is at least one large brown rat with them.
Its just eaten a large bowl of poison, can't see it but I sure can smell him.
I get feelings of Deja Vu again and again....... :smoke:

Pics as soon as I sort the cam out...........

Only a rifle, not really good for shooting a rat indoors in a confined space. :smoke:

I use a few brands of poison.
Here you can see the rats preference to Ratax over Rodine. :smoke:

They're attracted at this time of year to the pear trees that are dropping fruit like mad in the nearby garden.
I expect they find a way in through where the roof meets the walls or something.
Anyway its my last grow here, I hope to move soon as this lots done. :smoke:

Coolio as sealing a room is kind of a pita.
I moved to a region with no rats but billions of mice, found one burrowed into one of my plant pots in the tent.

Living less than half a mile from Old Father Thames means rats are in abundance.
I heard humans are way outnumbered by the rats in the capital these days.
I just hate the smell/aroma and I keep thinking of them running and peeing all over my lovely motorcycle...... :pullhair:

There is a spicy peppery smell from the NL in close proximity but NL does not reek like Skunk or Afghani.
I picked it for this very reason, and the yeild...... :howyoudoin:
The M99 and Hawaiian and the DeLaHaze have that sweet sickly Haze smell up close but no reek is expected.
There's probably 6 to 8 weeks to go on some......... :smoke:

That's why I try to never poison.. they just crawl away and die up in a wall or something.. Happened to my parents. Rat died up in the wall of the bathroom and pretty much stank up the whole house for weeks until they figured it out. It was poisoned next door and came in through the crawl space under the house then died at their place..

I'm all about the old fashion .20 trap. Every time I've used it, it's been quick and painless(ish) for the mouse or rat. Rat traps are much larger but anyways. It's gross and all that but you know it works when it works.

BTW nice plants!

only just noticed you got some delahaze on the go. i've grown it a couple of times, both with pretty good results (very strong and lots of it!). i took em down after 11 or 12 weeks but they probably could of gone another 1 an a half.

Hi Legion thanks for droping by.
I've used the old fashioned traps but they do seem to splatter bits of vermin all over the place.
I didn't fancy rat enhanced buds or cleaning it off my motorcycle. :puke:
It is a fitting end for em though I do agree. :howyoudoin:

HEy Dunza my DLH turned out rather tall.
More than the Hawaiian.
HAd to use that old "break their neck" technique.
They responded well and in under a week formed a big knuckle joint with the main cola growing horizontal.
That kept it under the light.
Pretty good yeild and a nice smoke.
I'm re-vegging the DLH & Hawaiian with growing some new Purple Skunk X Hawaiian.
The Skunk may pong a bit soon but no sight or smell of the rats for a while now. :toker1:

just came across a case of those ultra sonics doing an awesome job.
the homes attic and garage where infested. several nests in the attic, rats had chewed into the hvac ducts, so the homeowner had to plywood over all the registers.

spent a few month fighting them with all kinds of traps, but when ehey got the sonics, the rats left.

been 11 months... no return

I had a little grey female cat that could derat an acre. She'd leave their tails and some assorted innards as a gift. I still have no idea how she could kill rats and never get even a nick on her, rats are pretty badass. Cats- the answer to rodent issues.

There are dog breeds made to be ratters, they'd probably work as well as a good cat. A good cat with a strong hunting drive (they're usually females) is near 100% effective though.

Good luck with that.
