marinated boneless chicken !!!
i made this the other day it was really easy,
i left the chicken marinated in coconut yogurt and spices over night,
next day i got my wok out and made sure it was on high heat,
7 minutes to cook each side and it was done.. i garnished the chicken with coriander and black coarse pepper and then heated up a few naan bread and ate it.. yummy !! and so easy to make

i forgot to say, the pieces were un-even, so that meant cooking time would vary coz some pieces were thicker than other pieces,, so i wrapped the pieces of chicken in some cling film and bashed the pieces flat with a hammer and roughly made sure all the pieces were flat as each other, this way i can cook all the pieces in one go, instead of taking some pieces out early coz they been cooked and then waiting around for the other pieces which would have taken longer to cook.

i was gonna say roti instead of naan, but i thought know one would know what a "roti" is LOL
marinated boneless chicken !!!
you know there is flat round pan that you make the roti on, but sometimes the sides are still doughy, this thing really helps makes the roti rise too.......
after i make the roti on the tavva ( round flat metal) i use this to just finish the roti off make sure it rises properly and make sure the edges arnt still doughy..

well ben..
i only make the dough when i have maybe a few friends coming around, but usually i buy the roti from the shops, they are in a air tight plastic wrapper and all you have to do is heat them up... i guess it takes practice to make a round roti and to make sure that the dough is evenly distributed and its nice and flat, so i usually buy the roti its less work too , but they arnt as good as home made rotis thats for sure,
usually these days women use the dough making machine its quicker i guess...
the roti you see in the 4th pic i actually bought a pack of 10 rotis for a £1.............. i dont think i kneaded the dough since my university days.. hehee !!
