There seems to be a problem with the profile settings for board preference global. I get the language no valid error if I try to change any of the settings on that tab. I am not trying to set a language. Language is not even an option, but there is an odd snippet, probably a define for language choice that shows, at the very bottom of the form - after I submit my change.

One of the extensions is triggering this error.
I disabled ELONW ext and the error persists.
It seems to have no other effect, and all configuration changes made continue to function.

the fix requires removing all extensions and then testing as each ext is reloaded.
then the suspect ext would have to be grepped for the var issue.

I'll let it ride until I feel ambitious - since it falls into the non-critical column.

I didn't notice that it wasn't taking changes. I'll get to it soon.

I think somehow one or more users still had en_us as lang in database. The fix was to install en_us along side of en.
