Not sure if you mean the Chemdawg strain or the hydroponic chemicals

fuck it I'll answer yes to both.
Hydro is my preferred method. I play with soil plants too much and usually kill them.
Hydro allows for tinkering and you can recover a goof, say too rich nutrients, just flush and refill. If the damage wasn't severe the plant usually revives.
I've never tasted any difference between soil and hydro, but Ive never done a side by side.
They seem to grow faster to me, and also seem to finish a bit faster as well.

The strain I've heard is good, the plant is durable and hearty. I'll give a smoke report for sure.

Well. 9/10 I don't get what I ask for. Or I get what I ask for but it's actually some mangled version of the real one.

In Irwin's thread, you get what you ask for and more ~

Thanks for the reply. I meant the strain but got the whole hamburger.
IMO good hydro taste better but that obv comes with time

seriously though, I've only ever seen growers taking the entire plant at harvest day. Has anyone ever just taken the ripe buds and left the lower buds growing to their full potential. I see this with almost every other plant that grows... you don't pick green fruit or undeveloped beans. Why do we just chop down the whole plant?
hi troll good to see ya.
i used to take tops and let lowers grow.
at 1st i would cut a top and with little brush put asphalt tree
sealer onto cut stem. i had black shit all over arms after that.
i smartened up a little and used elmers glue just a dab on each stem.
worked just as well. also not all over arms lol. so after you cut the
tops raise the light a bit. then give a good dose of super thrive. that helps
the shock the plant is in. then go back to reg feed for a month. a week later
you can lower light again. after about a month the lowers are done.
hope this helps

Whackd off the top couple buds, I've forgotten what day I started 12/12..was it 12/12? That would make too much sense...I think it was the first Sunday... Well I'm gonna do a slow harvest so I'll be right at least one day.

I think for that time period a one plant guy like me should just pop another bean. Also sounds like it would be more stable if done in soil grow, or atleast not a dwc.
