I have a neighbor dog call him Big Blacky and call his Lil Chiuaua friend little blackie.

Yes a giant black dog with a little tiny chiuaua sidekick anyway forget all that part lets get to the dog talk

anyway I've known this dog for long time ok forget that

he's out front talking to the dog in the window across the road. its a miniature scotty tiny thing.

they barking at each other like the world is going to end

Heres the parts I've deciphered so far.

Bitch mini scotty. "hey you come fuck me"

Big Black Bart: (ok His real name is .. ok not telling .. lets just say Skully is close enough) serious.

he says. "fuck you bitch come over here and I eat you. you just jealous cause I got lots of cheese and you didn't get shit."

she says, "At least I get to sleep inside you stinky!"

he said , "Hey I'm perrrfumed,,, come get it."

Ok it may sound odd but remember dog talk doesn't translate easily

into human.

For Example:

wooufE could mean .. "go behind and get his balls while I eat his face."

or could mean.. "you sniff his balls and see if he rates."

or .. as some enterpreters suggest but these are the snobs. say it means. and laughingly I quote the snobs. " Sniff his balls and tell me your ratings."

it's not hard to talk to dog, or cat, or whatever. just understand that their vocabulary is limited to such expressions as 'fuck off or i'll bite you', or 'feed me', 'this is my patch' etc.
