Adopt a grower

This is something I've thought about in the past and I think the time is coming. Basic idea, anybody who wants can put their name up to adopt a new grower, become their mentor. A newbie would be able to look at the list, what type of system and pick their mentor.

There's a lot that could be done with it in the future.

It's a good idea, that's actually how I learned to grow a few growers took me under their wing on GC and taught me the basics, and encouraged me, it really helped, wouldn't be where I am today without them.
